Life’s a beach

Oh just give me the sun, beach and the sea and I am the happiest girl in the world! Here are one of my favorite photos from beautiful beaches in Croatia!   Zadar, a historic old town of Roman ruins, medieval churches, cosmopolitan cafes and quality museums set on a small peninsula. It is declared the most beautiful city in Europe and has its two unique attractions – the sound-and-light spectacle of the Sea Organ and the Sun Salutation – need to be seen and heard to be believed!    Krka Waterfalls in  Krka National Park protects the ecologically important area around the middle and lower sections of the River Krka. As the river flows down from the upper reaches, it meets a series of lakes and rapids. It is a magical place with 200 different bird species, fishes and plants. I like to call it a mediterranean jungle!   Šibenik,  heart of Dalmatia, treasure of Croatia. This medieval city with its many historical attractions such as Renaissance cathedral, many fine old churches, and two ancient fortresses is well worth …

Listen to your body

For me, gluten, lactose and my body are not getting along. Did you know that approximately 65 percent of the human population has a reduced ability to digest lactose after infancy. Also, gluten makes us bloated, tired, moody, and for some people it is even dangerous. It causes celiac disease – an autoimmune disorder in which the body reacts to gluten – it’s a classic food allergy marked by skin, respiratory or gastrointestinal reactions to wheat allergens. I don’t have celiac disease or allergies, but I have listened to my body when it wasn’t happy everytime I drank cow milk, ate bread, pasta or every other thing with gluten. I was bloated, lazy, tired and that’s something I can’t stand. I like to have my digestion regular and proper! If you feel there’s something wrong with your body, have a bad skin, cramps, allergies etc., I would highly recommend you to go on food intolerance test and see what doesn’t fit you. In traditional Chinese medicine people use face reading to discern the state of …

First Step In Detoxing Your Body

Our body is the habitat of various parasites that cause many diseases. An average male has up to 1 kg of parasites in his body! Can you believe it?! Parasites are real bastards! They steal valuable vitamins and minerals, and in return emit toxic waste. Parasite Cleanse, according to the original recipe of Dr. Clark, a long-time number one in the natural cleansing of the body of parasites worldwide. In her book ” The cure for all diseases ” American doctor Hulda Clark explains that most of the diseases are caused by parasites and toxins. Toxins weaken our immune system that attracts parasites which attack diseased organs. Parasite Cleanse consists of three natural products : wormwood capsules , common cloves and black walnut tincture. I have done a parasite Cleanse and cleaned my body 2 times. And I won’t lie to you, it wasn’t easy. Detoxification means cleaning the blood. This is done …

Honey & Coconut oil mask

Hello my little blossoms! Today, I am going to show you my fav face mask.  Face mask is my everyday routine, and one of the best masks for every type of skin is definitely my Honey, coconut oil & turmeric mask! I use a lot of natural beauty products because my skin can’t handle heavily perfumed products and all products filled with bad chemicals and artificial ingredients have caused it to flare up big time. Coconut oil has become my evening moisturiser and in pair with honey & turmeric is a super healing natural mask that treats breakouts and irritated skin.   Instructions Grab a small bowl and mix the ingredients together, gently making a paste. Apply to your face (bare and clean!) and leave for 15-20 minutes. Make sure to focus on any problem areas. Rinse off with a warm dampened facecloth   And the best part of it is : You can eat it! That’s right. When you put the mask on your face, grab a spoon and eat the rest of it. You can even add …

Smoothie Bowl and cold-pressed juice

The best way to start a day is to fill your body with the right nutrients. My favorite breakfast has everything for your mind, body & soul. This is The banana coconut smoothie bowl that I eat, but there are plenty more ways and combinations to do them which I will show you in next posts. Every morning I drink cold-pressed juice. The difference between pressed juice and juice made in normal juicer is that the hydraulic press uses thousands of pounds of pressure to gently extract vitamins, minerals, and enzymes with minimal oxidation and without any heat, creating the cleanest, smoothest, freshest tasting juice you have ever sipped. My top 3 favorite juice recipes are : Yellow : Orange, apple, ginger, lemon and pineapple Red : Beetroot, carrot, mint leaves, apple, orange Green : Spinach, mangel, celery, apple, lemon, carrot, pinch of himalayan salt     Recipe for a smoothie bowl What you need : Blueberries, vegan yoghurt Gluten-free cereals (or without) 1 banana Coconut crumbs (I am a big fan of coconut in all …

My story

Hello beautiful people! I am Zoey & my life is a beautiful bond of healthy living, yoga doing, happy being and enjoying every moment it brings me. My story begins when I started my teenage years and had a lack of confidence because of my looks, especially because I had a severe acne problem. Acne is one of the biggest and most widespread problems in Western countries that more than half of teenagers and also many adult women and men have to deal with. But it is not just an aesthetic problem, it is a mental problem too. It can cause a lot of insecurities, sadness, even depression. When it first started I thought I could handle it, but after a while it got worse and I was devastated. My confidence was ruined. I tried EVERYTHING! From every single dermatologist treatment, antibiotik, you name it! It didn’t go away. When my mother first implemented a macrobiotic diet, it kinda stuck in my family. Then her cooking became a lot better and we started to enjoy …
