The best way to start a day is to fill your body with the right nutrients. My favorite breakfast has everything for your mind, body & soul. This is The banana coconut smoothie bowl that I eat, but there are plenty more ways and combinations to do them which I will show you in next posts.
Every morning I drink cold-pressed juice. The difference between pressed juice and juice made in normal juicer is that the hydraulic press uses thousands of pounds of pressure to gently extract vitamins, minerals, and enzymes with minimal oxidation and without any heat, creating the cleanest, smoothest, freshest tasting juice you have ever sipped. My top 3 favorite juice recipes are :
Yellow : Orange, apple, ginger, lemon and pineapple
Red : Beetroot, carrot, mint leaves, apple, orange
Green : Spinach, mangel, celery, apple, lemon, carrot, pinch of himalayan salt
Recipe for a smoothie bowl
What you need :
Blueberries, vegan yoghurt
Gluten-free cereals (or without)
1 banana
Coconut crumbs (I am a big fan of coconut in all of its forms. Coconut flour, oil, milk, water etc. are high in fibre and protein, gluten free & hypoallergenic, great source of magnesium. Suitable for vegan, gluten free, paleo and low carb diets)
Chia seeds ( “chia” is the ancient Mayan word for “strength”. They are rich in fiber, omega-3 fats, protein, vitamins and minerals. Chia speeds up the skin’s repair systems, helps promote bowel regularity and healthy stool, heart health, cure diabetes, boosts energy & metabolism etc.)
How to make :
Blend the blueberries and add your vegan yoghurt or milk. If you don’t have time to do that or don’t have what you need, you can buy Soyade blueberry vegan yoghurt
Add your gluten free cereals, slice a banana, add chia seeds and shredded coconut. Also, you can add any other fruit that you like. Instead of yoghurt, I also like to use organic coconut milk.
Enjoy 🙂
Looks great. The first picture is fantastic!
