Little Raw Vegan Cake Bites

Today, I was experimenting with some nuts, organic cacao powder and my favorite fruit! And the result I got was these perfect refreshing little raw cake bites.

Raspberries

 

What I used :

  • 1 cup hazelnuts or almonds
  • hand full of sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbl spoons cacao powder
  • hand full of peanuts or pistachio
  • hand full of raisins
  • 1 tbl spoon coconut oil
  • blueberries or raspberries
  • 2 tbl spoons chia seeds

How to do it :

Blend hazelnuts or almonds with sunflower seeds, peanuts or pistachio, and raisins. Add coconut oil and cacao powder. For the second mixture, blend raspberries or blueberries with previously soaked chia seeds. Chia seeds need to be like jelly. If you don’t have chia seeds, you can mix the fruit with cashews. Add honey if you like. I made 3 cups with raspberries and four with blueberries. Add the first nut layer in the cup, then add the second, fruit layer. I made 4 layers, but you can make as much as you want 🙂
