My lunch for today

I am absolutely ¬†obsessed with the new product I found in my favorite health store. Ghee Butter! Yesss! For those of you who don’t know, it is a clarified butter that originated in ancient India and is commonly used in South Asian cuisines and traditional medicine. It is the main ingredient in some of the Ayurvedic medicines and Indian food. Ghee is pure butterfat cooked longer until all moisture is removed and the milk solids are caramelized and then filtered out. While butter is not necessarily bad for you, ghee has health benefits that make it healthier than butter. So, my lunch today was: Sesame ghee butter, gluten free bread, asparagus, ricotta cheese, vegetable salad, and of course, my cold pressed juice!

Hello my little blossoms! I use a lot of natural beauty products because my skin can’t handle¬†heavily perfumed products and all products filled with bad chemicals and artificial ingredients have caused it to flare up big time.¬†Coconut oil has become my evening moisturiser and in pair with honey & turmeric is a super healing natural mask that¬†treats breakouts and irritated skin.   Instructions Grab a small bowl and mix the ingredients together, gently making a paste. Apply to your face (bare and clean!) and leave for 15-20 minutes. Make sure to focus on any problem areas. Rinse off with a warm dampened facecloth   And the best part of it is : You can eat it! Smoothie Bowl and cold-pressed juice

The best way to start a day is to fill your body with the right nutrients. My favorite breakfast has everything for your mind, body & soul. This is The banana coconut smoothie bowl that I eat, but there are plenty more ways and combinations to do them which I will show you in next posts. Every morning I drink cold-pressed juice. The difference between pressed juice and juice made in normal juicer is that the¬†hydraulic press uses thousands of pounds of pressure to gently extract vitamins, minerals, and enzymes with minimal oxidation and without any heat, creating the cleanest, smoothest, freshest tasting juice you have ever sipped. My top 3 favorite juice recipes are : Yellow : Orange, apple, ginger, lemon and pineapple Red : Beetroot, carrot, mint leaves, apple, orange Green : Spinach, mangel, celery, apple, lemon, carrot, pinch of himalayan salt     Recipe for a smoothie bowl What you need : Blueberries, vegan yoghurt Gluten-free cereals (or without) 1 banana Coconut crumbs (I am a big fan of coconut in all …
