For me, gluten, lactose and my body are not getting along. Did you know that approximately 65 percent of the human population has a reduced ability to digest lactose after infancy. Also, gluten makes us bloated, tired, moody, and for some people it is even dangerous. Honey & Coconut oil mask

Hello my little blossoms! Today, I am going to show you my fav face mask. ┬áFace┬ámask is my everyday routine, and one of the best masks for every type of skin is definitely my Honey, coconut oil & turmeric mask! I use a lot of natural beauty products because my skin can’t handle┬áheavily perfumed products and all products filled with bad chemicals and artificial ingredients have caused it to flare up big time.┬áCoconut oil has become my evening moisturiser and in pair with honey & turmeric is a super healing natural mask that┬átreats breakouts and irritated skin.   Instructions Grab a small bowl and mix the ingredients together, gently making a paste.
