Healthy Banana Pancakes

Yes, I am obsessed with sweets. Aghhh I just can’t help myself!  But that’s why I found the solution. I make them healthy! Hope you’re ready guys, this is a quick one! You will need : 3 bananas 6 eggs 2 tablespoons gluten-free flour ( coconut, almond, millet…whatever you like) 200 mL almond or coconut milk Note : This amount is for 3 portions   Mix all ingredients until smooth. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, and turn each side when it’s brown. When you’re done, just pour honey, maple or agave syrup over them, and serve with fruits, jam or apple and mango purĂ©e ( THE BEST!) Thank  you for your existence pancakes. Hope you’ll enjoy! Little Raw Vegan Cake Bites

Today, I was experimenting with some nuts, organic cacao powder and my favorite fruit! And the result I got was these perfect refreshing little raw cake bites.     What I used : 1 cup hazelnuts or almonds hand full of sunflower seeds 2 tbl spoons cacao powder hand full of peanuts or pistachio hand full of raisins 1 tbl spoon coconut oil blueberries or raspberries 2 tbl spoons chia seeds     How to do it : Blend hazelnuts or almonds with sunflower seeds, peanuts or pistachio, and raisins. Add coconut oil and cacao powder. For the second mixture, blend raspberries or blueberries with previously soaked chia seeds. Chia seeds need to be like jelly. If you don’t have chia seeds, you can mix the fruit with cashews. Add honey if you like. I made 3 cups with raspberries and four with blueberries. Perfect healthy poppyseed cake

Today I wanted to sweeten up my day with something healthy but OH SO DELICIOUS! I want to share with you this perfect gluten free, lactose free chocolate, poppy seed cake recipe. What you need : 6 eggs 180 grams  palm sugar or any other natural sweetener 260 g  coconut butter (with or without smell&taste) 280 g  minced poppy seeds 2 teaspoons of rum 5 tablespoons of coconut milk 140 g black chocolate (80 or 90% of cocoa) How to do it : Preheat your oven to 180ÂșC/350ÂșF/gas 4. Rub a 27cm cake tin with butter. Separate egg yolks & egg whites. Beat the egg whites until they form soft peaks Mix the egg yolks with sugar until you have a cream this color Add 180 g of coconut butter into the mixture (keep the rest of it for the glaze). Than add minced poppy seeds, rum, milk and chocolate ( grate only 40 g into the mixture!). Mix everything together. Add your soft peaks egg whites and mix together. Put into the cake tin and …
